Singing Bird Sangha is a group of relaxed folks who mindfully cultivate peace and joy in every moment. We meet regularly for meditation - including sitting, walking, and singing - and for teachings and dharma discussion in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Additional opportunities for nurturing and support of our Buddhist practice are provided through retreats, mindful eating, tea meditations, and other social functions and practices.
Note: Due to the pandemic, we are having Zoom meetings twice a month, the second and fourth Sundays, from 3 to 4:30 pm.
We would love for you to join us!
Whether you'd like to just try it out or are looking for a more permanent community to join, we would be happy to include you in our practice.
We welcome all of our brothers and sisters, and value and support inclusivity and diversity. Our Zoom session opens at 2:45pm. We ask you to arrive at that time to provide for a brief orientation, answer your questions and have an opportunity to meet other sangha members. Our sangha meditation time starts promptly at 3:00pm.
For more information, please see the Meeting Information page.
