Sunday Meetings
We meet the First Sunday of the month in-person from 3:00 - 4:30 pm. To receive invitations to this meeting and the address of the meeting, please join our Groups.io group at https://groups.io/g/SingingBirdSangha
We are having Zoom meetings three times a month: the second, third, and fourth Sundays from 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Information for the Zoom link is sent via Groups.io. To receive invitations to our Zoom meetings and to get notification of other meetings, events, and schedule changes, please join our Groups.io group at https://groups.io/g/SingingBirdSangha
Our Zoom session opens at 2:45 pm. We ask you to arrive at that time to provide for a brief orientation, answer your questions, and have an opportunity to meet other sangha members. Our sangha meditation time starts promptly at 3 pm.
Sit begins with a 30-minute silent sitting or walking meditation period. After meditation, we read from Thich Nhat Hanh's work, watch a video, listen to a tape, do sutra studies, or discuss a topic suggested by the group.
A short social time typically follows the meeting.
