WelcomeSinging Bird Sangha is a group of relaxed folks in Tucson AZ who mindfully cultivate peace and joy in every moment. We meet regularly for meditation - including sitting, walking, and singing - and for teachings and dharma discussion in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village.
Additional opportunities for nurturing and support of our Buddhist practice are provided through retreats, mindful eating, tea meditations, and other social functions and practices. |
We meet the First Sunday of the month in-person from 3:00 - 4:30 pm MST.
We are having Zoom meetings three times a month: the second, third, and fourth Sundays, from 3:00 to 4:30 pm MST. Note: Arizona is on MST year round. We do not change for DST. |
